Cancellation Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee.

 

We understand that it is necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to remind you of your upcoming appointments via text and email if a cancellation or date change is necessary, no big deal, as long as you give us a heads up! Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a treatment, this allows time for other clients to make an appointment in that time slot which was not previously available. 

 

Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to any appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours in advance, or by calling us at #502-999-5165. Please do not reply to the automated email or text messages that are sent as reminders for your appointments. That is a one way service reminder. You must go into FRESHA to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to cancel within the requested time will result in a fee of $50 that will be charged to your credit card.

 

Clients who miss their appointments without giving notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment.

 

We will continue to provide FREE consultations, but if you are a no show, you will be charged a $50 deposit fee.

 

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these terms.
