Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time to another client.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Must be done at least 24 hours in advance through Fresha or by calling us at 502-999-5165. Please do not reply to automated reminders, as they are one-way only.

Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will incur a $50 fee.

Missed Appointments: No-shows without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment.

Consultations: Consultations are always free, but no-shows will require a $50 deposit fee before rebooking.​
