Important Updates Due to COVID-19

We are committed to the health and well-being of our Skininfinity friends/family. For the past few years, we have been dedicated to making our clients feel better inside and out. Once inside our shop, you are considered and treated as part of our family. We are excited to announce we are open. If you have had a previous appointment cancelled you can now go online and reschedule it at your convenience.

Our re-opening plan/process:

Per the Governor’s directives to be #healthy at work, we will be posting the new processes we have implemented to assure the safety of our clients as well as ourselves. While sanitation and disinfection has always been part of our daily routine, we will be adding additional cleaning and protective measures throughout the day. These processes will be in accordance with the State of Kentucky and CDC guidelines. The safety and well-being of our clients, ourselves, and our community will continue to be a priority.

Steps we are taking to protect our employees and clients:

  • Our doors will remain closed to outside traffic to limit the number of people going in and out of the shop. Only those with an appointment will be permitted to enter. If you would like to purchase product, you need to preschedule a time to do so.

  • Upon arrival for your appointment, please call from your car to let us know you are here.

  • There will be only one client in the shop at a time. Appointments will be spaced out to ensure there is no client overlap and provide time for our enhanced cleaning process. If you arrive early for your appointment you must call from your car and make sure we are ready for you.

  • We will be taking client temperatures prior to entrance in the building. If you have a temp over 100.0 F you will not be permitted in the building and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. You will not be charged a reschedule/cancellation fee. If showing signs of infection, we recommend you contact your personal physician.

  • You must bring a mask with you to your appointment and put it on prior to entering.

  • Clients must wear mask at all times in the building, except during a facial treatment.

  • You will be required to sanitize your hands upon entering.

  • Clients will not be able to sit in the waiting area; they will be taken directly to a treatment room.

  • No-one will be allowed to enter the shop except the client. Family and friends need to stay home or remain in the car.

  • The reception desk will only be used when making a purchase.

  • If you have had a temperature over 100.4 F, cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing within the past 14 days we ask that you cancel your appointment and stay home.

  • If you have been exposed to anybody with symptoms within 14 days of your appointment, we ask that you please stay home and call to reschedule.

  • We also ask that you refrain from scheduling your appointment within 14 days of travel outside of the state.

  • All clients will be required to sign a COVID-19 consent prior to treatment.

Additional measures we are performing to protect our employees and clients:

  • All staff will have their temperature taken daily and will be sent home if they have a fever 100.0 F or higher.

  • All staff members will wear masks during every appointment.

  • Gloves will be worn during all treatments.

  • Staff uniforms will be laundered after each use.

  • In addition to our normal cleaning process of sanitizing between each and every client, we will be including all tables, counters, door handles, equipment, and reception desk.

We will continue to monitor and implement recommendations provided by the State of Kentucky and CDC.
